10. Leadership and Collaboartion
Association for Childhood Education International
4 years of active Involvement in Education Club, 3 of which serving an executive board position. Social media- Help create the image for ACEI, including flyers or posters to promote our organization to the university. Secretary- In-charge of sending out meeting attendance, meeting minutes, and reminders for meetings. Help assist organizational development by organizing structure within important files or information needed for the club's success. Serve as a contact point if there were any questions amongst club members. Treasurer- In charge of club's finances such as member dues, club purchases, and fundraising events held.
Kutztown Housing and Residents life
DR- Served as a front desk resource handled mail, and handled any phone calls at the desk. Was the first face to greet anyone who came into the hall.
CA- Served on the 3rd floor with full capacity. Also was a mediator/facilitator within a freshman dorm hall. Organized programs for the hall as well as in charge of decorating monthly bulletin boards.
ARD- Served alongside the Resident Director in a first-year freshman dorm hall. In charge of operating a 24/7 running desk (during a covid semester), overseeing 17 staff members, scheduled shifts, and handing in staff timecards. Other responsibilities such as serving as an advisor for Hall Council in the dorm as well as a resource for the residents in the hall.
